We got our hands on a second hand hot tub, the seller told me it had a few issues but everything worked. I called Kenny, and to say the seller used "few" very lightly is an understatement. Kenny and his crew found and fixed it al. It's finally on line and Kenny and his crew on top of everything. They took all my calls, they were on time for every visit, and took there time to explain everything. There are a hand full of pool companies in our small town, but this is the one to go to.

Kenny, Eric, Laura and team have been servicing our pool for years. Openings, closings, weekly maintenance and repairs are completed professionally, skillfully and with terrific personal service. We're now replacing the liner. John and Ethan went above and beyond. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Millennium Pools has been my go-to pool company for a few years now. The company is the best of the best!
But today took the cake. The owner just happened to be at the store when I went in to have my pool water tested. My pool needed some help...and he jumped in to help personally. Three things are immediately evident about him...he LOVES his work, he REALLY cares about his customers, and he is an EXPERT about pools! He took 30 minutes out of his schedule to explain pool chemical dynamics in detail. I have had my pool for 12 years, but in that 30 minutes I got an education like never before.
By the way...his technicians are also the best of the best...Eric had my Hayward pool heater up and running in 30 minutes after several other companies threw in the towel, because my unit was too old!
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THERE IS NO OTHER POOL COMPANY OTHER THAN MILLENNIUM FOR MY POOL!

Every time I've called or stopped by with a question, Kenny has either answered it or a few times he just came back to the house to show me how to address the problem. I had Millennium Pools open, close and do a weekly service to my pool last season. I couldn't believe how quickly my pool cleared after opening. It was amazing. They obviously know what they are doing. Other companies took weeks to get my pool cleared. Their technicians are always so helpful and nice. The office staff is a pleasure to deal with and answer any questions I may have. I will definitely be using them again this summer!

Millennium Pools & Spa is nothing short of a 5 STAR RATING!! They have consistently opened and serviced our pool along with my 4 neighbors for the past 5 years. Kenny and Eric are true professionals and know what they are doing when it comes to maintaining your pool with everything from replacing the liner, installing a new heater, as well as the normal service so you can enjoy your pool the entire summer. Because of this crazy COVID-19 situation with the kids being home we decide to open the pool a little earlier than normal and Millennium Pools & Spas were there when we were ready. Plus they took every precaution with safety and distance. I would only recommend them and nobody else.
